Job Description:
TELUS is seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to provide outstanding technical and service support for its customers. This role involves troubleshooting, account management, and sales assistance in a fast-paced telecom environment.
Responsibilities:
Assist customers with billing inquiries, service upgrades, and troubleshooting
Provide personalized solutions for internet, mobile, and home services
Upsell and cross-sell TELUS products & services
Ensure high customer satisfaction scores through problem resolution
Document customer interactions and follow up on service requests
Qualifications:
1+ year of experience in customer service, retail, or telecom
Strong communication skills and ability to handle customer escalations
Proficiency in using CRM software & technical troubleshooting tools
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Fluency in French is an asset
