Kubota is hiring a Manufacturing Engineer to improve production efficiency and optimize manufacturing processes at its facility in Gainesville, Georgia. This role involves lean manufacturing, process automation, and quality control.
Responsibilities:
Analyze and improve manufacturing processes & production workflow
Implement lean manufacturing techniques to reduce costs & waste
Ensure quality control standards are met in production
Collaborate with design and engineering teams to optimize product assembly
Train factory employees on new equipment and process improvements
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering
3+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment
Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma, AutoCAD, and PLC systems
Ability to work with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
