Job Description:
Caribbean Paradise Resorts is hiring a Front Desk Agent to welcome guests, manage reservations, and ensure an exceptional stay for visitors. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about hospitality and customer service in a luxury beachside setting.
Responsibilities:
Handle guest check-ins and check-outs professionally
Provide information on hotel amenities, activities, and local attractions
Assist guests with reservations, inquiries, and special requests
Process payments and maintain accurate billing records
Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to enhance guest experience
Qualifications:
Experience in hotel reception, customer service, or tourism preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
Knowledge of hotel reservation software (Opera, PMS, or similar) is a plus
