Job Description:
Blue Lagoon Beach Resort is seeking a Hotel Receptionist to provide a warm welcome and excellent customer service to guests. This role is perfect for candidates with strong communication skills and a passion for hospitality.
Responsibilities:
Greet and check-in guests, manage reservations
Provide information about hotel services and tourist attractions
Handle payments, invoices, and guest inquiries
Work closely with housekeeping and maintenance teams
Assist with event bookings and guest requests
Qualifications:
Experience in hospitality, customer service, or tourism preferred
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Basic knowledge of hotel booking systems (PMS, Opera, or similar)
Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and evenings
