We are currently seeking experienced Millwrights to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our manufacturing operations by performing installation, maintenance, repairs, and modifications on complex machinery and equipment.
Your Day to Day
Modify and configure machinery and equipment to standardize and optimize production processes.
Collaborate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to implement and maintain technical solutions.
Submit and manage plant modification requests, ensuring all system changes are approved and documented.
Update plant schematics and conduct routine inspections to ensure operational efficiency.
Commission new and modified machinery and equipment installations in line with production and engineering requirements.
Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 system requirements.
Assist with root cause analyses (RCA), initiate investigations, and recommend maintenance plans.
Support the technical team in resolving maintenance challenges and preventing future failures.
Utilize PMI systems, including SAP, to execute maintenance strategies effectively.
Assist Maintenance Engineers in developing and deploying maintenance plans.
Support all technical functions, maintenance efforts, and shutdown implementations.
What We’re Looking For:
NQF4 qualification in Engineering Studies.
Recognized Millwright Trade Certificate.
3 to 5 years of experience in a heavy industry environment.
At least 3 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting.
