Job Description:
The Manhattan Grill, a high-end fine dining restaurant in NYC, is hiring an elegant and customer-focused Hostess to provide a premium guest experience. This role involves welcoming guests, managing reservations, and assisting with table seating.
Responsibilities:
Greet and seat guests with professionalism and warmth
Manage restaurant reservations via OpenTable or Resy
Communicate with servers and kitchen staff to optimize seating flow
Provide exceptional customer service and accommodate guest requests
Maintain a clean and organized host stand and reception area
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a high-end restaurant or hotel is preferred
Professional appearance and excellent communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and handle busy service hours
Familiarity with reservation software (OpenTable, Resy, or similar)
Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
