Job Description:
Stellantis (Chrysler) is hiring Production Operators at the Windsor Assembly Plant, responsible for manufacturing minivans and electric vehicles (EVs). This is a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced automotive manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:
Operate assembly line equipment and robotic systems
Install and inspect vehicle components for quality assurance
Follow safety regulations and production protocols
Work collaboratively with a team to meet production targets
Maintain clean and organized workstations
Qualifications:
No previous automotive experience required – full training provided
Physically fit (able to stand for long hours and lift up to 50 lbs)
Ability to work rotating shifts (days, evenings, nights, weekends)
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to workplace safety
