Blue Lagoon Resort & Spa is hiring an experienced Chef to manage its restaurant and catering services, specializing in fresh seafood and island-inspired cuisine. This role is ideal for culinary professionals looking for a unique island experience.
Responsibilities:
Prepare high-quality seafood and tropical dishes
Manage food inventory and maintain kitchen hygiene
Train and supervise kitchen staff
Develop new seasonal menus using local ingredients
Ensure compliance with food safety and health regulations
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience as a Chef in a restaurant or hotel
Strong knowledge of seafood preparation and island cuisine
Ability to work in a remote, team-oriented environment
Excellent organizational and leadership skills
Passion for creating exceptional dining experiences
