Tesla is hiring Maintenance Technicians to ensure the smooth operation of automated manufacturing equipment at its Gigafactory in Austin, Texas. This role is essential for maintaining Tesla’s production efficiency and innovation.
Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot and repair robotic and automated machinery
Perform preventive maintenance on production lines
Assist with equipment installations and upgrades
Follow safety regulations and maintain detailed records
Work alongside engineers and production teams to optimize efficiency
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in industrial maintenance or mechatronics
Knowledge of PLC systems, robotics, and electrical troubleshooting
Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and overtime
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
