Radiance Skincare & Beauty is hiring a Skin Care Specialist to provide personalized skincare consultations, product recommendations, and facial treatments in a luxury retail environment. This role is perfect for skincare professionals passionate about helping clients achieve healthy and radiant skin.
Responsibilities:
Conduct skin analysis and consultations for customers
Recommend and sell high-end skincare products based on client needs
Perform basic facial treatments and product demonstrations
Educate customers on skincare routines and product benefits
Maintain a clean and professional work environment
Stay updated on new skincare trends and industry innovations
Qualifications:
Experience in skincare, beauty retail, or esthetics preferred
Certification as an Esthetician or Skin Care Specialist (preferred but not required)
Strong communication and customer service skills
