Job Description:
Rocky Mountain Brewing Co. is seeking a Brewery Operator to assist in beer production, fermentation monitoring, and packaging. This role is perfect for individuals passionate about craft beer and brewing processes.
Responsibilities:
Operate brewing equipment for wort production, fermentation, and filtration
Monitor temperature, pH levels, and other quality control parameters
Assist in kegging, bottling, and canning operations
Maintain sanitation standards for brewing tanks and equipment
Work closely with brewmasters to experiment with new recipes
Qualifications:
No prior brewing experience required – training provided
Passion for craft beer and knowledge of brewing techniques
Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in a physically demanding environment
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow brewing procedures
Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends
