Job Description:
ExxonMobil Refinery is hiring Maintenance Technicians to support equipment repairs, preventive maintenance, and reliability improvements in refinery operations. Candidates with experience in mechanical, electrical, or instrumentation maintenance are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities:
Conduct inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance on pumps, compressors, valves, and turbines
Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical failures to minimize downtime
Assist in shutdowns, turnarounds, and emergency repairs
Ensure compliance with refinery safety protocols and environmental regulations
Work collaboratively with process operators and engineering teams
Qualifications:
3+ years of maintenance experience in a refinery or industrial plant
Certification in mechanical, electrical, or instrumentation trades preferred
Familiarity with PLC systems, SCADA, and predictive maintenance techniques
Willingness to work shift schedules and emergency call-outs
Strong commitment to workplace safety and hazard prevention
