Job Description:
General Motors (GM) is hiring Production Team Members for its Arlington Assembly Plant, where full-size SUVs like the Chevrolet Tahoe and GMC Yukon are manufactured. This role involves operating machinery, assembling vehicle components, and ensuring quality control on the production line.

Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor automated assembly line equipment
Assemble and install vehicle components according to GM specifications
Perform quality inspections to ensure compliance with production standards
Follow safety regulations and workplace procedures
Maintain a clean and organized workstation
Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals

Qualifications:
No prior manufacturing experience required – full training provided
Ability to work rotating shifts (day, evening, and night shifts)
Physically fit for standing, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standardized work procedures
Reliable, punctual, and committed to a team-oriented environment
