Job Description:
Ford Motor Company is hiring Production Line Operators for its vehicle assembly plant in Valencia, Spain. This role involves assembling car components, operating manufacturing equipment, and ensuring quality control in a high-tech automotive production environment.
Responsibilities:
Assemble vehicle components on the production line
Operate automated machinery and robotics
Conduct quality control checks to ensure compliance with Ford’s standards
Maintain a clean and safe workspace following health and safety regulations
Work collaboratively with other team members to meet production targets
Qualifications:
No prior experience required – full training provided
Technical background or experience in manufacturing or automotive production is a plus
Physically fit for standing, bending, and lifting vehicle parts
Willingness to work rotating shifts (including nights and weekends)
Basic proficiency in Spanish (English is an advantage)
