As Strategy Manager at Philip Morris Bulgaria, you will be responsible for leading the annual strategy formulation process and constantly updating the strategic outlook of the Affiliate based on external factors monitoring and in-depth performance analyses.

Your ‘day-to-day’

Drive and coordinate the annual cycle of strategy formulation and cascading;
Collect, analyze, and distill information from various data sources to produce meaningful insights and make actionable recommendations for business development;
Organize, moderate, and follow up on various forums for strategy execution, strategy calibration, and prioritization;
Collect, analyze, and communicate market and regional competitive insights;
Serve as a trusted advisor to senior management and support them with analyses, case studies, best practices etc. to support effective decision-making;
Coordinate cross-functional team efforts in solving problems and exploring new opportunities;
Develop and manage special cross-functional projects.

Who we’re looking for

8+ years of experience in a leadership commercial, marketing, or general management role
University degree (Business Administration, Marketing Management, Economics or similar)
Strong business and commercial acumen and P&L understanding
Demonstrated analytical and strategic thinking, ability to make data-informed decisions
Excellent communication, moderation, and presentation skills
Fluency in Bulgarian and English (level C1), both written and verbal
Proficient user of Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
