THE INKOMPASS PROGRAM

WHY SHOULD I APPLY?

INKOMPASS is a unique PAID internship program at Philip Morris International (PMI) which enables you to DISCOVER yourself through CREATIVE, DYNAMIC and cultural diversity ENVIROMENT.

You will be given the opportunity to:

Work on REAL BUSINESS PROJECTS that will help you develop portable skills
Build an INTERNATIONAL NETWORK
Receive personalized feedback and MENTORING
The goal of the program is to prepare you for a fulfilling career. If you perform well and meet all criteria during the internship program, you will be our PRIORITIZED CANDIDATE for our Graduate Trainee program next year, in which you will explore accelerated career among international talents.


WHO CAN APPLY?

We look for candidates who are:

Fluent in English
Minimum the 3rd year of University/Undergraduate
Thirsty for learning and professional development
Willing to challenge the status quo


HOW DO I APPLY?

The application steps are the following:

2. You will be invited to take our online assessment test. This test will assess your decision-making abilities on a wide variety of simulated scenarios. If you meet the criteria, you will be invited to the next step.

3. You will have phone interview with our recruiting team. If you meet the criteria, you will be invited to the next step.

4. Participate in-person interview, the final stage of the recruitment process. During the interview, we will meet in person and get to learn more about each other. If you meet the criteria, we may invite you to be an INKOMPASS intern!
