Your day-to-day

Prepare Operational and SOX Security reports for financial system applications, monitor the execution of control reports, and establish guidelines;
Maintain the system solution where Finance System Control Reports are loaded, approved, and stored;
Analyze trading flow definitional data to generate trading rules, supporting supply chain flow in inter-company transactions;
Maintain Finance Master Data following established procedures for data creation and maintenance;
Communicate with worldwide stakeholders in different functions.


Who are we looking for

Bachelor or preferably master’s degree in Information management, Information Technologies, Statistics and Econometrics, Business Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, or similar;
Good communication skills and good ability to articulate and translate into action, technical and operational subjects;
Good analytical skills;
Advanced level of English;
Strong conceptual thinking and technology driven;
Action Orientation and Problem-Solving attitude;
EU work permit to work in Portugal.


What we offer

A 12 month internship with a monthly internship allowance of €1200;

If applicable, interns can carry out their activities remotely/from home, two days a week. This possibility must be agreed with the internship supervisor;

When at the headquarters or factory, interns can use the company canteen;

Interns are entitled to a fixed monthly payment equivalent to 8 meal allowances;

Interns can take ten days of absence/rest. This must be arranged in advance with the Internship Supervisor.

Medical Center: Available at the Tabaqueira Factory and virtually accessible for any employee consultations.
