Job Description:
Tesla is hiring Service Technicians to work at its Tesla Service Centers, diagnosing and repairing electric vehicles. This role is perfect for individuals with automotive repair experience or a passion for EV technology. Tesla provides specialized training for qualified candidates.
Responsibilities:
Perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on Tesla vehicles
Utilize Tesla’s diagnostic software and tools for troubleshooting
Provide excellent customer service and explain repairs to clients
Work with the Tesla team to continuously improve service operations
Follow safety procedures and manufacturer guidelines
Qualifications:
Previous automotive technician experience preferred (EV experience is a plus)
Certification in automotive repair (NVQ, ASE, or equivalent)
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
Passion for electric vehicles and sustainable energy
