The HR Specialist is responsible for supporting key HR areas, including performance management, talent development, benefits administration and people engagement. This role contributes in ensuring proper employee insights through proper data analysis and execution with excellence of all HR processes.
“Your day to day”
• Prepares and supports the roll out of talent review, performance management, talent development and retention in alignment with business needs.
• Provides insights and recommendations based on HR metrics and data analytics.
• Participates in delivering capability building programs to people managers and employees.
• Supports the orchestration and implementation of specific projects which are linked with business requirements such as commercial onboarding program.
• Implement programs in collaboration with People Engagement team to improve people engagement, wellbeing, and culture.
• Ensure fair and consistent application of company policies. Monitor implementation of local policies and provide insights.
• Monitors Training plan implementation for commercial organization and collaborates with Integrated Talent Management team to deliver impactful programs. Participate in local talent programs to ensure employee engagement.
• Collaborates with all HR teams to deliver tailored solutions to the business. Support the roll out company-wide HR initiatives and programs within commercial.
“Who we’re looking for”
· University degree in Business Administration, or related field
· Post Graduate Degree in HR would be considered as an asset
· Minimum 3 years of previous working experience in the HR field
· Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
· Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation and organization skills.
· Strong analytical skills & client service orientation
· Strong Usage of Microsoft Office.
· Fluent in English and Greek.
