Job Description:
Elite Hospitality Group is seeking a Hotel Receptionist to join its team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and be responsible for welcoming guests, handling check-ins/outs, and ensuring a high-quality experience.
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures
Process reservations and room allocations
Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services
Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments
Resolve guest concerns professionally and efficiently
Qualifications:
No prior experience required – training provided
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in hotel management software (Opera, PMS, or similar preferred)
Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
