Job Description:
Compassionate Care UK Ltd. is looking for dedicated and compassionate caregivers to provide personal and emotional support to elderly residents in care homes across the UK. This role is open to international candidates seeking visa sponsorship under the UK Skilled Worker Visa program.

Responsibilities:
Assist elderly residents with daily activities such as dressing, bathing, and meals
Provide companionship and emotional support
Administer medication following care plans (training provided)
Help residents with mobility and physical therapy exercises
Maintain a safe and clean living environment
Monitor residents’ health and report changes to medical staff
Ensure dignity, respect, and high-quality care at all times

Qualifications:
No prior experience required – full training provided
A passion for caring for elderly or vulnerable individuals
Good communication skills and patience
Basic knowledge of English (B1 level)
Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends
A caregiving certification (such as NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care) is a plus but not mandatory
