Job Description:
Philip Morris International (PMI) is looking for Production Operators to join its manufacturing team. This role involves working in a high-tech production environment, ensuring the quality and efficiency of tobacco and smoke-free products. No prior experience required – full training provided!
Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor manufacturing machines in tobacco or smoke-free product production
Ensure compliance with quality control and safety standards
Conduct routine inspections and report technical issues
Maintain accurate production records and documentation
Collaborate with team members to improve production efficiency
Qualifications:
No previous experience required – training provided
Technical background or experience in manufacturing is a plus
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes
Willingness to work in rotating shifts
Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
