Your ‘day to day’

As a Lead CRM, you will develop initiatives to improve communication performance and maximize consumer data base potential. Provide data driven insights & aggregated learnings from completed projects, implemented automations or finished campaigns to shape one to one communication strategy to encourage customer engagement. You will:

Lead B2C CRM activities – deploy communication campaigns crafting effective automated journeys to support consumers throughout their journey with our products.
Analyse and optimize one-off campaigns and automated workflows, understand key performance drivers and develop best practices to improve efficiency of CRM communication.
Develop and present reporting on CRM performance.
Launch A/B, segmentation and other tests across various pages, maintaining an ongoing testing framework and reporting on test results.
Support marketing with content development by balancing industry's best practice and maintaining brand identity.
Ensure continuous performance tracking together with KPI’s progress and propose improvements based on learnings to maximize commercial opportunities.
Develop and deploy tools & projects enabling communication and segmentation.
Contribute to overarching digital and communication strategy, and lead B2C CRM strategy development and implementation.

We expect that you:

Have a higher education in Marketing, Business or similar.
Have proven experience in developing communication campaigns for both acquisition and retentions strategies.
Have experience in modern ESPs, ideally you have worked with “Sales Force Marketing Cloud” or “Active Campaign”.
Have strong data analysis and project management skills.
Have a deep understanding of customer segmentation.
Work well with cross-functional teams & have experience dealing with Creative, Tech or Commercial teams.
Excellent Microsoft Excel skills.
Are proficient in English language.

Salary range for this role is from 4400 EUR gross to 5500 EUR gross. The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate.
