Join Danone Canada as a Graphic Chain Process Manager. Based in Toronto or Boucherville, you will optimize packaging graphics processes across physical and digital platforms. Your efforts will enhance digital maturity, streamline the packaging ecosystem through automation and connectivity, and improve quality, efficiency, compliance, and time to market for our products.
Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Senior Manager of the PMO Expert Hub we’re looking for a GRAPHIC CHAIN PROCESS MANAGER to help us optimizing the graphic chain process for packaging across physical and digital platforms. Your main goal is to enhance digital maturity and the packaging ecosystem through connectivity and automation, improving quality, efficiency, compliance, and time-to-market for Danone products, while collaborating with the global and North American teams.
More specifically, you will be responsible for:
1. Representation and Collaboration: You will represent Canada and collaborate with divisions to enhance systems, tools, and workflows in alignment with Design to Print (D2P) objectives.
2. Technical Management and Support: You will provide local technical support and data, integrate and train users, and govern the local D2P model.
3. Process Improvement: You will identify system limitations, advocate for local needs, and use KPIs to improve processes and workflows.
4. Compliance and Governance: You will ensure adherence to global D2P principles, monitor tool usage, and act as D2P Manager to consolidate graphic development work.
5. Packaging Development: You will improve the printed packaging development chain, optimize relationships with design agencies, and reduce costs and timelines for suppliers.

About you
The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications and competencies:
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, management, or related fields.
• Proficiency in English (mandatory); French is a plus.
• Experience in creating and managing complex processes, preferably in packaging or digital platforms.
• Strong technical skills in graphic chain systems, digital asset management, and pre-media tools.
• Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams, implement and govern processes, use KPIs for change management, and provide technical support.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills; adaptable to new processes and focused on improving efficiency and effectiveness.
