Healthcare Solution Excellence Intern

For our Specialized Nutrition team in Milan we are looking as of now for a Healthcare Solution Excellence Intern.

During your internship you’ll be part of a dynamic team and you’ll have visibility on all the company’s departments and you’ll contribute to the achievements of your team.


About the job:

The activities that will be the subject of internships and managed under the supervision of the Healthcare Solution Excellence Manager will be:

Reporting: development, implementation and sharing of sales reports using Business Intelligence platforms and external Databases
Monitoring: monitoring of sales and market performance (KPIs) highlighting deviations from forecast
Tools: maintenance and implementation of new BI tool functionalities to monitor business performance
Support: supporting the Field Force Team in the use of tools, reports and KPI reading
Projects & Analysis: supporting the Healthcare Solution Excellence Manager in business analysis and implementation of any projects.

About you
To be able to achieve the above and be successful in this role, we believe you need to have:

Master’s degree in Economics or similar background;
Good analytical skills (knowing how to move between the dimensions of a database, reading commercial indicators)
Problem solving and entrepreneurial thinking;
Structured and analytical way of working;
Relational skills and flexibility;
Excel and Power Point knowledge;
Fluent in English.
