About the job
Danone Türkiye is looking for a talented colleague for the"Maintenance Executive (Hendek)"position.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate all machinery and equipment in accordance with factory procedures and instructions.
Perform electrical maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting tasks as needed.
Ensure the continuity of production by minimizing equipment downtime.
Collaborate with production shift foremen and supervisors to align maintenance activities with production schedules.
Supervise, manage, and develop the maintenance team, ensuring effective task delegation and high performance.


About you
Bachelor's degree in Electrical-Electronics Engineering.
Proficient in English (both written and spoken).
Basic knowledge of PLC and automation systems.
