Job Description:
Elite Hospitality Group is seeking a Receptionist to join its team at a 5-star hotel in Doha. This role is ideal for candidates with strong customer service skills who want to work in Qatar’s luxury hospitality industry. Visa sponsorship is available for international applicants.

Responsibilities:
Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures
Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services
Manage room reservations and process payments
Coordinate with housekeeping and other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations
Handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally
Maintain an organized front desk and administrative records

Qualifications:
Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or front desk roles preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in hotel management software (Opera, PMS, or similar preferred)
Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
Professional appearance and excellent problem-solving skills
Fluency in English is required; Arabic or other languages are a plus
