Job Description:
Gulf Mega Constructions Ltd. is hiring an experienced Construction Site Supervisor to oversee infrastructure and commercial building projects in Doha, Qatar. This position is open to local and international candidates seeking opportunities in Qatar’s rapidly growing construction sector.

Responsibilities:
Supervise on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with project specifications
Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and labor teams
Monitor work progress, safety standards, and quality control measures
Ensure adherence to schedules and budgets
Prepare daily and weekly site reports for management
Resolve on-site issues and provide technical guidance to workers

Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in construction site supervision
Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations in construction
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
Previous experience in Middle Eastern construction projects (preferred)
Proficiency in English (Arabic language skills are an advantage)
