Job Description:
Kent Logistics Ltd. is looking for Warehouse Operatives to join its expanding distribution centre in Gillingham. This role involves handling shipments, sorting goods, and ensuring efficient warehouse operations. No prior experience required – full training provided!
Responsibilities:
Receive, sort, and store incoming shipments
Pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch
Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided)
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse
Follow health and safety regulations and company policies
Qualifications:
No previous experience required – training provided
Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs
Basic English communication skills
Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends
Team-oriented with strong attention to detail
