Job Description:
A prestigious 5-star hotel in Doha is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to provide exceptional guest service, handle check-ins/outs, and assist with hotel reservations. This role offers visa sponsorship for international candidates and a great opportunity to work in Qatar’s luxury hospitality industry.

Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures
Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services
Process reservations, room allocations, and billing transactions
Coordinate with housekeeping and concierge to ensure guest satisfaction
Resolve guest concerns professionally and efficiently
Maintain accurate records and reports related to front desk operations

Qualifications:
No prior hotel experience required – training provided
Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or front desk roles is a plus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in hotel management software (Opera, PMS, or similar preferred)
Ability to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
A warm and professional demeanor with attention to detail
