The Role
GBS Transformations in partnership with Chevrolet operations is looking for someone to support our Sales Operations team with various projects including the development, creation, implementation, and maintenance of data tools and reports that will allow us to grow sales and market share profitably. This could include, but is not limited to, sales tracking reports, dashboards, key-performance-indicator (KPI) scorecards, etc. Our goal is to provide our team data and analytical insights to help improve business processes and strategy.
What You’ll Do
Provide world-class analytics and data reporting support for Chevrolet’s Sales Operations team
Support communication to business partners internally with Sales Operations as well as externally with Chevrolet Marketing and the Sales Field
Develop standardized reporting tools and dashboards in Microsoft Excel and Power BI that make it easy for business partners to gather insights and make strategic recommendations
Develop and present training materials to end users
Collaborate cross-functionally with various partners across different business functions to understand business processes
Develop user stories to document business requirements, prepare user acceptance test plans, and support deployments
Collaborate across workstreams to implement data standards and process improvements leveraging digital solutions
Update and maintain operations process, desk procedures and other documentation
Create ad-hoc sales reports as requested by Chevrolet’s leadership team and business partners (multiple per week)
Automate existing data reports
Additional Description
Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications)
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, IT or related field•
5+ years of relevant work experience in developing data reports and dashboards
Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and Power BI
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally, in an internal or external consulting role, with proven ability to effectively execute projects and deliver results
Detail oriented, with strong business acumen
Demonstrated professional agility to prioritize multiple workstreams and ad-hoc requests
Experience in developing training manuals and conducting training is preferable

Highly proficient in oral and written communication skills
