Novotel Hotels is hiring a Front Desk Receptionist to provide exceptional guest service and ensure smooth hotel operations. This role is perfect for individuals passionate about hospitality and customer service.
Responsibilities:
Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in and check-out procedures
Manage reservations and room allocations efficiently
Provide information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions
Handle guest requests and complaints professionally
Process payments and maintain accurate billing records
Work closely with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a hotel reception or customer service role preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in hotel management software (Opera, PMS, or similar)
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
