Mission:

Recover the ordinary warranty spending up to the supplier’s liability for Stellantis and its cooperation partner.

Your responsibilities:

Downloading the warranty data from several IT systems, depending on the technical scope agreed with the supplier.
Calculating the corresponding warranty costs according to the applicable General Terms and Conditions.
Sending the warranty claims list to the supplier for cost validation.
Analyzing the costs disputed by the supplier and finally Getting the final approval from the supplier.
Issuing the debit note

Our requirements:

Very good knowledge of English
Communicative knowledge of Italian
Min. 2 years of technical experience (quality, manufacturing) in automotive industry
Good knowledge of Access and Excel
Ability to manage the disputes with the suppliers
Ability to understand and apply the warranty contracts
Autonomy and proactivity
