Job Description:
Guittard Chocolate Company, a renowned family-owned chocolate manufacturer, is looking for a Production Operator to join its team in Burlingame, CA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in chocolate production, packaging, and ensuring product quality in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor chocolate processing and packaging machinery
Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with food safety regulations
Inspect products to ensure they meet Guittard’s quality standards
Assist in loading ingredients and handling finished products
Work collaboratively with production teams to meet daily manufacturing targets
Qualifications:
No prior experience required – on-the-job training provided
Ability to work in a physically demanding environment (lifting up to 50 lbs)
Basic understanding of food handling and safety standards (preferred)
Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends
Team-oriented with good communication skills
