Responsibilities:
Provide first-line technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related problems remotely and on-site
Install and configure HP devices, including laptops, desktops, and printers
Assist in IT security and data protection protocols
Maintain IT documentation and support ticket tracking
Collaborate with internal teams to improve IT infrastructure
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
2+ years of experience in IT support or helpdesk roles
Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and HP hardware
Experience with troubleshooting network and software issues
Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and in a team
