Job Description:
Kent Logistics Ltd. is looking for Warehouse Operatives to join its expanding distribution center in Gillingham. This role involves handling shipments, sorting goods, and ensuring efficient warehouse operations. No prior experience is required, as full training is provided.
Responsibilities:
Loading and unloading goods from delivery trucks
Picking, packing, and preparing orders for dispatch
Sorting and storing inventory in designated warehouse areas
Using scanning equipment to track shipments
Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the warehouse
Following all workplace safety and operational guidelines
Qualifications:
No experience required – on-the-job training provided
Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends
Basic English communication skills
Team player with strong attention to detail
