Job Description:
A leading digital marketing agency in Miami is seeking a Web Designer to join its creative team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing visually appealing, user-friendly websites for a diverse range of clients, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.

Responsibilities:
Design and develop modern, responsive websites using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes based on client requirements
Collaborate with developers, UX designers, and marketing teams to enhance user experience
Optimize websites for speed, SEO, and mobile-friendliness
Maintain and update existing websites with new features and improvements
Work with CMS platforms such as WordPress, Shopify, or Webflow
Ensure design consistency across different platforms and devices

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
2+ years of experience in web design and front-end development
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) or Figma
Strong skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design principles
Experience with WordPress, Webflow, or other CMS platforms
Basic knowledge of SEO and web performance optimization
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong communication and teamwork skills
