About the job
The R2R-FC Analyst, a replacement role. He/she will be responsible for delivering compliant management and statutory accounts accurately and on time for all entities within the cluster. They provide all necessary accounting information to meet local regulations, such as tax and legal requirements. Additionally, they support the GL & Reporting Process Champion in developing strong competencies to ensure excellence in execution and service levels.


MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist General Accounting Manager to monitor the General Accounting closing activities
Ensure that the General Accounting activities performed in their cluster are compliant with the Group core model and with the local rules
Deliver the management and statutory accounts of all CBUs on time
Ensure that the management accounts of all CBUs are fully compliant with the Group rules
Ensure that the statutory accounts of all CBUs are fully compliant with local rules
Ensure that the monthly reporting (AR1, AR2 and AR3) and bi-annual consolidation packages are reviewed and validated by the CBS and CBU Finance Directors before submission
Provide all necessary support to the GL & Reporting Process Champion to ensure that all reported financial information is correct
Perform integrity checks of interfaces fueling the accounting system, and follow up resolution of issues
Perform local GAAP watch for in charge CBU
Ensure effective internal control system in the accounting and closing process in place


About you
Education: Bachelor Degree, majoring in Accounting, Finance or Business
Experience (in years): At least 2 years in accounting or reporting related function for multi-national companies
Good command of both spoken and written English is required.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially at Excel, Word & PowerPoint etc.
