Ford Motor Company of Canada is seeking Production Workers for their Oakville manufacturing plant. The role involves operating and maintaining production line equipment, ensuring vehicles are assembled to meet high-quality standards. Responsibilities:
Operate machinery and production line equipment in the Oakville plant
Assemble automotive parts and components accurately and efficiently
Perform quality checks to ensure products meet Ford’s standards
Ensure safety protocols are followed while working on the production line
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets and deadlines
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in manufacturing or production is a plus
Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Ability to work in a team and handle fast-paced work
Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
