Job Description:
Qatar Engineering and Construction Company is hiring a Civil Engineer to join their team in Doha. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated engineer to join one of the leading construction companies in Qatar.

Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise construction projects from conception to completion
Develop project plans, including scope, timeline, and budget estimates
Ensure construction activities comply with engineering standards and safety regulations
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and resolve issues
Prepare and review technical reports and documentation
Manage resources, including labor, materials, and equipment
Work with the project manager to ensure all deadlines and milestones are met

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
5+ years of experience in civil engineering and construction projects
Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety regulations
Proficiency in engineering software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, etc.)
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects
Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus
