What to Expect
As a Customer Experience Specialist, Tesla Direct at Tesla, you will be the face of our brand, delivering vehicles directly to our customers' home or work addresses. Your role will involve ensuring a seamless and exceptional customer experience, from delivery to follow-up. You are part of a larger sales, service and delivery team who works closely and flexibly on all operations. You are expected to cooperate frequently and display a one-team mentality to achieve sales and delivery targets.
What You’ll Do
Deliver vehicles to customers' home or work addresses, providing a professional and positive handover experience.
Ensure customers are familiar with their new vehicles by explaining features, functions, and benefits.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing any questions or concerns during the delivery process.
Act as a chaser to pick up other customer experience specialists, ensuring timely and efficient coordination.
Manage delivery schedules and logistics to meet customer expectations.
Provide feedback to the sales and delivery teams to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
What You’ll Bring
Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points.
Excellent interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build rapport and engage withcustomers.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in afast-paced environment.
Proven track record of delivering excellent customer experiences.
Customer-focused with a positive and professional attitude.
Flexibility to work on weekends and evenings as required. A passion for Tesla's mission toaccelerate the world's transition to sustainable energy.
