Job Description:
Qatar Construction Company is looking for an experienced Heavy Equipment Operator to join their team in Doha. The role involves operating construction equipment such as excavators, bulldozers, and cranes to support construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operating heavy machinery in construction and infrastructure projects.
Responsibilities:
Operate construction machinery safely and efficiently on-site
Conduct routine inspections and basic maintenance on equipment
Ensure proper handling of materials and machinery to prevent accidents or damage
Follow safety protocols and adhere to company guidelines on machinery operation
Collaborate with the construction team to ensure timely project completion
Assist with loading and unloading materials using heavy machinery
Qualifications:
Valid heavy equipment operating license
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in operating heavy construction machinery
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and site plans
Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
