Job Description:
Sunrise Manufacturing Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Purchase Manager to manage and oversee the procurement process for raw materials and components needed for production. This role involves supplier management, cost negotiation, and strategic sourcing to ensure that all procurement activities meet the company’s operational and financial objectives.
Responsibilities:
Manage the procurement of goods, materials, and services for manufacturing
Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and negotiate pricing and contracts
Ensure timely delivery of goods and materials required for production
Conduct market analysis and monitor trends to optimize purchasing strategies
Coordinate with production and finance teams to manage inventory and cost forecasting
Ensure compliance with procurement policies, sustainability goals, and regulations
Lead and develop the procurement team
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
5+ years of experience in procurement, preferably in the manufacturing sector
Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Knowledge of ERP and procurement software
Strong communication skills in English and Hindi
