Job Description:
Ferrari North America is seeking a Service Technician to join the service team at Ferrari of Beverly Hills. In this position, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and complex repairs on Ferrari vehicles, ensuring that each vehicle meets Ferrari’s high-performance standards.

Responsibilities:
Perform maintenance and repairs on Ferrari vehicles, including engine, electrical, and suspension systems
Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues using advanced diagnostic equipment
Work with service advisors and clients to understand vehicle issues and ensure customer satisfaction
Maintain a clean and organized service area
Keep detailed records of all service work performed
Ensure that all work meets Ferrari’s stringent quality standards
Assist in the training and development of junior technicians

Qualifications:
Certification in Automotive Service Technology (ASE certification preferred)
2+ years of experience in automotive repair, preferably with luxury or high-performance vehicles
Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills
Ability to work with complex vehicle systems and cutting-edge technology
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with customers
A passion for Ferrari vehicles and high-performance automobiles
