Ferrari North America is hiring a Sales Consultant to join the team at Ferrari of Palm Beach. In this role, you will be responsible for selling Ferrari vehicles, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients
Promote and sell Ferrari vehicles, including models, features, and customizations
Provide in-depth product knowledge to clients, delivering exceptional customer service
Conduct test drives and help clients make informed decisions on vehicle purchases
Handle the sales process from initial inquiry through to delivery
Coordinate with the service department to ensure customer satisfaction post-purchase
Stay updated on the latest Ferrari products, features, and industry trends

Qualifications:
Previous experience in luxury vehicle sales or high-end retail (preferred)
Strong customer service skills and the ability to build relationships
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
A passion for the Ferrari brand and automobiles
Knowledge of automotive technology and vehicle features
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
