Job Description:
Health Innovations Inc. is seeking a Digital Health Program Manager to oversee the implementation and management of digital health programs that improve patient outcomes through innovative technologies. You will play a key role in coordinating projects and collaborating with medical teams to ensure the successful deployment of digital health solutions.

Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end process of digital health projects, from planning to execution
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including IT, healthcare professionals, and product managers
Assess the impact of digital health solutions on patient care and report findings to stakeholders
Provide leadership and direction to teams implementing telehealth, remote monitoring, and mobile health applications
Develop project timelines, budgets, and risk management strategies
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and data privacy laws
Work with clients to customize and improve digital health solutions

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Digital Health, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
5+ years of experience in digital health program management
Strong understanding of digital health tools, telemedicine, and patient care technologies
Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus
Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure
