Job Description:
International Corporate Services is looking for a PRO to handle corporate relations and government paperwork for their Dubai office. The PRO will ensure that all legal, visa, and licensing requirements are met in a timely manner and will act as a liaison between the company and governmental bodies.

Responsibilities:
Prepare and submit all documents required for residency visas, employment visas, labor cards, and other government paperwork
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of government policies and regulations related to labor laws and immigration
Coordinate with government offices for the approval and renewal of business licenses, trade licenses, and permits
Provide guidance and support to employees on government-related documentation and processes
Resolve any issues related to visas, licenses, or labor laws
Represent the company at relevant government authorities and maintain positive relationships

Qualifications:
At least 3 years of experience as a PRO in Dubai
Knowledge of all UAE labor laws and immigration processes
Strong communication and negotiation skills in both Arabic and English
Ability to handle administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and administrative tools
Valid UAE driving license
