Job Description:
A leading Dubai government agency is looking for an experienced Public Relations Officer (PRO) to manage government relations and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. As a PRO, you will be responsible for processing all necessary government documents, visas, and permits for the company, clients, and employees.
Responsibilities:
Process all government-related documents, including residency visas, permits, and labor cards
Liaise with government authorities, including immigration, labor, and municipal services
Ensure timely submission of documents for approval and follow-up with relevant authorities
Represent the company at government offices and resolve any administrative issues
Maintain a system for tracking government documents and compliance deadlines
Assist with other administrative tasks as needed, such as notarizing documents and handling legal affairs
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a PRO in Dubai, preferably with knowledge of Dubai government processes
Strong communication skills in Arabic and English
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Knowledge of UAE visa, labor laws, and government procedures
Valid UAE driving license (preferred)
