Job Description:
Honda Manufacturing Canada is seeking Production Associates to work at its Alliston plant. This position involves working on the production line to assemble vehicles, ensuring high-quality standards, and contributing to the efficient operation of the manufacturing process.
Responsibilities:
Operate machinery and equipment on the production line
Assemble vehicle parts and components with precision and attention to detail
Perform quality checks to ensure the finished product meets Honda’s standards
Work in a team environment to meet production targets
Follow all safety and operational guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
Report any defects or issues encountered during the manufacturing process
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in manufacturing or assembly (preferred)
Ability to lift heavy parts and stand for extended periods
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment
Availability to work various shifts, including weekends and overtime as needed
