Job Description:
JCB Canada is seeking a Field Service Engineer to join its team in Calgary. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality service and repairs to JCB construction equipment at customer sites, ensuring optimal machine performance and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on JCB equipment at customer sites
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues
Provide on-site technical support and customer training
Ensure safety procedures are followed on all jobs
Maintain accurate service records and report any issues to management
Assist in the delivery and installation of new equipment
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a Field Service Engineer, Technician, or Mechanic (preferably in construction or agricultural equipment)
Strong knowledge of hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Strong communication and customer service skills
Willingness to travel to customer sites within the region
